If you want to flash it, the manual on the page is almost correct but...

Press and HOLD u-boot button, with the button still pressed, plug the BPI-M3 into computer and still keep holding the u-boot button and start the BPI-M3 the process will start.

The hold button is kind of missing in the manual so I had to find it somewhere else...

And by the way you can use software mentioned here, not some „Google docs“ kind of links
